What file types can I upload?
PDF, Word, and JPEG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC images — all of them read into text automatically, a photographed page included.
Does a scanned document work?
Yes. A scan or a photograph of a document — including a HEIC photo straight off an iPhone — has its text read out and used in the draft, the same as a file with text already in it.
Where are the files kept?
Ireland-hosted storage, reachable only by the clinicians on that case. For more information regarding data security, visit our Security page.
